After this has been completed, we'll go ahead and install forms. These hold the wet cement in place at a slight slope to allow water to drain off. Once the concrete has been poured and spread into each corner, we'll finish the surface with a flat edge and "bull-rake". These smooth out any bumps or ridges and allow materials to settle.
